We know how it is. You approach a printing company for a quote on your project. It doesn’t look bad – so you go ahead. The final bill? Whole different ball-game. Why does this happen? Because naturally everyone
wants your business, so quoting is often “optimistic” at best.
We want your business too, and we don’t take shortcuts to earning your loyalty. That’s why we now guarantee that our initial proposal and our final bill will be one and the same. If we incur additional costs while in process, we will advise you and make sure you approve the change before we go ahead. (For your peace of mind and ours: if we fail to advise you, we will ensure that we credit your next order with the lesser of either the price differential, or 5% of the value of the quote you approved.)
